About This Service

Depth RP is an independent FiveM roleplay community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Playing on our server requires a legitimate, separately-purchased copy of Grand Theft Auto V.

Purchases

All purchases are optional. Nothing sold here is required to play on Depth RP.
We do not sell in-game currency for real money. VIP tiers, vehicles, and other items are cosmetic, convenience, or support-focused — never a direct exchange for in-game cash.
Purchases are tied to the Citizen ID and/or Discord username you provide at checkout. Double-check them before paying.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery details vary by product — check the specific product's page on the store for how it's delivered. Most items are delivered by staff after you open a ticket in Discord referencing your order number, typically the same day. Delivery times for staff-fulfilled items are not guaranteed.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final once an item has been delivered. Digital goods and services cannot be "returned."
If something goes wrong on our end (wrong item delivered, payment taken but nothing received), contact us in Discord and we'll make it right.
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in the purchased item(s) being revoked and your account being suspended or banned, in addition to any dispute fees.

Conduct & Enforcement

Using this store does not exempt you from our server rules. Staff may suspend store access, revoke purchased items, or ban an account for rule violations, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of purchased items/features, at their discretion.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site or our Discord server, in line with Discord's own Terms of Service. Some in-game content may not be suitable for all ages.

No Warranty

Depth RP is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the server will be available at all times, bug-free, or permanent — it's a hobby project run by real people, not a commercial studio with an SLA. We're not liable for lost in-game progress, downtime, or indirect damages of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the server and store evolve. Continued use of the site or store after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Ask in Discord.
