These are a starting point — replace with your actual ruleset. Everyone on Depth RP is expected to read and follow these before playing.
General Conduct
- No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
- No cheating, exploiting, or use of third-party software.
- Staff decisions are final in-the-moment; use the ticket system to appeal.
Roleplay Standards
- Stay in character (IC) at all times while playing — take out-of-character (OOC) talk to designated channels.
- No random death match (RDM) or vehicle death match (VDM).
- Value your character's life realistically in high-risk situations.
- No metagaming (using OOC info IC) or powergaming (forcing unrealistic actions on others).
Criminal & Emergency RP
- Follow New Life Rule (NLR) after a character death.
- Robberies, heists, and hostage situations require a minimum crew/response size — see Discord for current thresholds.
- Emergency services (PD/EMS/Fire) roleplay takes priority in active scenes.
Enforcement
Violations are handled case-by-case by staff and may result in a warning, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban depending on severity. See /checkban in-game or ask staff for your current status.
