Do I need to buy anything to play?
No — Depth RP is free to play. VIP membership is an optional way to support the server and get cosmetic/convenience perks.
Does VIP give a gameplay advantage?
No. VIP is queue priority, name tags, Discord access, and cosmetics only — never in-game currency or anything that affects gameplay balance. We don't sell pay-to-win.
How fast is delivery after I buy something?
Delivery details vary by product — check the product's own page for specifics. Most items are delivered by staff — open a ticket in Discord with your order number (shown on the confirmation page after checkout) and your Citizen ID, and staff will get it to you, usually the same day.
I entered the wrong Citizen ID at checkout — what do I do?
Open a ticket in Discord with your order details (email or the last 4 of your card) and staff will correct it.
Which server do purchases apply to?
Depth RP only — purchases are tied to your Citizen ID on this server.
Where does the money go?
Straight back into hosting, development, and the staff time that keeps the city running.
