About This Service

Depth RP is an independent FiveM roleplay community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Playing on our server requires a legitimate, separately-purchased copy of Grand Theft Auto V.

Purchases

All purchases are optional. Nothing sold here is required to play on Depth RP.
We do not sell in-game currency for real money. VIP tiers, vehicles, and other items are cosmetic, convenience, or support-focused — never a direct exchange for in-game cash.
Purchases are tied to the Citizen ID and/or Discord username you provide at checkout. Double-check them before paying.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery details vary by product — check the specific product's page on the store for how it's delivered. Most items are delivered by staff after you open a ticket in Discord referencing your order number, typically the same day. Delivery times for staff-fulfilled items are not guaranteed.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final once an item has been delivered. Digital goods and services cannot be "returned."
If something goes wrong on our end (wrong item delivered, payment taken but nothing received), contact us in Discord and we'll make it right.
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in the purchased item(s) being revoked and your account being suspended or banned, in addition to any dispute fees.

Conduct & Enforcement

Using this store does not exempt you from our server rules. Staff may suspend store access, revoke purchased items, or ban an account for rule violations, fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of purchased items/features, at their discretion.

Age Requirement

Depth RP is an 18+ server. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, join our Discord server, or play on the server. Some in-game content is mature and not suitable for minors.

No Warranty

Depth RP is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the server will be available at all times, bug-free, or permanent — it's a hobby project run by real people, not a commercial studio with an SLA. We're not liable for lost in-game progress, downtime, or indirect damages of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the server and store evolve. Continued use of the site or store after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Ask in Discord.

Chat & Roleplay

Commands

Press T to open chat. Type the command and a space before your message, e.g. /me looks around nervously.

/me	Describe your own visible action in third person.
/do	Add an environmental detail or outcome others can react to.
/try	Attempt something risky or uncertain — leaves the outcome open.
/ooc	Out-of-character chat — for real-life questions, not in-character.
/coin	Flip a coin — heads or tails.
/dice	Roll the dice.

All of these are local — only players near you see them, so keep the roleplay in the room.

Good To Know

Commands most players never find

Real, working commands pulled straight from the resources that run them — nothing generic.

/unstuck	Physically wedged somewhere on the map? Teleports you to a safe spot. 5-minute cooldown.
/vehiclestuck	Same idea, but frees a stuck vehicle instead of abandoning it. Separate 5-minute cooldown.
/seatbelt	Toggle your seatbelt. Also bound to B by default.
/handsup	Raise your hands.
/steal	Search a nearby player's inventory.
/hud_settings	Opens the HUD settings menu to customize what's on screen.
/compass	Toggle the on-screen compass.
/worldinfo	Toggle the location/street info overlay.
/cinematic	Toggle a cinematic camera mode.
/cinematicbars	Toggle letterbox bars — handy for screenshots and clips.
/streamermode	Hides sensitive on-screen info — turn this on before you go live.
